- Maintain Altitude plans to soft launch its Beat Hunter mobile game on iOS and Android devices in 2025
Disruptive music game studio Maintain Altitude has raised $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round led by Hiro Capital.
The studio will use its newly secured funds to accelerate game development and collaborate with music rights holders.
Maintain Altitude also plans to expand its staff as it prepares to soft launch its Beat Hunter mobile game on iOS and Android devices in 2025. A full global release is scheduled for 2026.
Pushing boundaries
"This investment marks a significant milestone for Maintain Altitude," said Maintain Altitude CEO and founder Oliver Moira.
“We're poised to push the boundaries of music gaming and deliver experiences that resonate with players worldwide. Our aim is aligned with music itself, to unite and delight."
Hiro Capital partner Spike Laurie added: “When you combine the power of music and mobile games you create something hugely entertaining. I was hooked immediately when I saw first hand Oliver’s vision for a disruptive, novel and deeply fun product that bridges the two industries.”
Maintain Altitude was co-founded with Simon Prytherch in 2022. The studio's pre-seed round also saw participation from angel investors.
