Next Games ranks as the best games studio to work at in Finland

The Walking Dead: No Man's Land Next Games has ranked as the best games studio to work at in Finland, according to a recent survey.

The survey was carried out by Great Place to Work, a global research, consulting and training consultancy that utilises direct feedback from employees at various companies to analyse the workplace’s culture.

As well as ranking the Helsinki-based developer the best games studio in Finland, it was also rated the 12th best workplace in the country’s medium-sized companies’ category.

Next Games also hopes to expand further, with a new office in Los Angeles and a bigger headquarters in Helsinki planned for this year, with the aim of growing its staff headcount to 200 people.

The games studio is also currently working on new titles such as The Walking Dead: Our World and Blade Runner 2049.

“Building a foundation of trust at Next Games is in the core of our business strategy,” read a statement from Next Games on the news.
