
I am currently working as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Next Games. It is a logical continuation of my life long pursuit of building great teams out of diverse individuals. Culture is the soil where great people become the best in their business, and that culture is what I nurture.
I make videogames. I care deeply about them. I want to make games that matter for as many people as possible.
I helped ship and then operated a top 50 grossing mobile game, The Walking Dead: No Man's Land.
I excel as a team leader. I work best with product concept and high level problems. My strengths are in high pressure problem solving, people, design, directing, and attention to detail. Coming from a marketing and art background, it's no surprise that I'm not as comfortable with highly technical problems or indeed routine.
